Based out of Jackson, MI we use UPS and various freight carriers for our shipping needs.
Terms & Conditions
We do our best to keep all products in stock and what we do have in stock will receive same day shipping. We are able to manufacture most items within 1-2 days in the event that we do run out of stock.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Prices subject to change. All orders must be paid in full before shipping will occur. Your credit card statement should read "Pit Products / Garage Pals" as the company name on the statement.
Need a custom product? Call our toll free number or email dimensions of your project to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to find a solution to your needs. We can make custom cabinets (overhead or base), custom shelves, custom workstations, custom ramps, just about anything you can imagine for your trailer. We look forward to talking about your ideas!
We offer shipping services from normal Ground to Next Day. All oversized products ship via our great freight discount. Products shipped via freight may incur an additional cost and will be calculated when Pit Products receives your order. Please read more about our "shipping details" by clicking here.
Only new, undamaged products are accepted.
Complete products with all parts and hardware in box.
Attached sales receipt.
There is a 25% restocking fee.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order being received.
Please call ahead for return number prior to shipping.
PitProducts accepts returns under the following conditions:
Any damage, whether external or internal, should be reported to Pit Products within 7 days of delivery. Claims made past 7 days are left open to the sole discretion of Pit Products. All packages are shipped via UPS or Common Carrier. Any claims for damaged product will be made to the Carrier. Any freight damages must be reported on the delivery receipt when you sign for your product(s).
At Pit Products we do not ship our packages with a signature request unless noted by the customer in the comments area, or over the phone. Once a package is left at the customer's location we are no longer responsible for it; therefore, Pit Products will not be held accountable for a package's theft or general disappearance after delivery.
